Mom Made Sabudana Aloo Tikki


Ingredients Used :

Sabudana : 1 cup
Boiled potato : 3
green Chilli chopped : 2
Cashednuts broken : 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt to taste
Roasted Cumin powder : 2 tsp
Curd : 2 cups
Fortune Oil to fry sabudana aloo tikki

Recipe :

Soak sabudana in water for 5-6 hrs.

Mix well sabudana, boiled potato, chopped green chillies, broken cashednuts, red chilli powder, rock salt and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.

Add a tsp of oil and mix well again. Make the balls of this mix and press a little between the palms to make it a little flat.

Heat a nonstick flat broad pan and sprinkle oil drops on it. Fry the flat tikki till they become golden color.

Fry both sides even. Sabudana aloo tikki is ready. Arrange sabudana aloo tikki in a plate and pour the beaten curd over.

Add rock salt, roasted cumin powder.
Serve it with chutney.
